KzRating analyses banking activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan and assigns short-term credit ratings. New ratings are available as a service to banks.
Banks that that would like to be rated sign one-year contracts with the agency. The client bank receives a rating, as well as a detailed report on its activity and monthly monitoring in the form of short updates on any changes in its operations or financial condition.
If a bank is happy with its rating, it is free to distribute the KzRating report and monthly updates to all interested counterparties, and also to publish the rating in the media.
KzRating retains the right to final decisions on a rating and the text of its reports, even if a client bank does not agree with the results of our analysis. If a client bank is not happy with KzRating’s evaluation, it has the right to request the agency not to publish the rating or distribute its report for one year.
